These terms govern every purchase made on hokuracing.com. Please read section 4 on fitment and section 7 on road registration before you order — wheels are a fitted part, and those two points are where most problems start.

We sell to consumers and to businesses across the European Union. Where these terms give a consumer a right, that right applies in addition to — never instead of — the mandatory consumer protection law of your own country of residence.
2. What we sell
Aftermarket alloy wheels under the HAXER, FORZZA and HOKU RACING names, plus tuning parts. These are aftermarket parts, not OEM parts. They are not supplied by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Where a product listing names a car brand or model, it is there to describe fitment only.
Our wheels carry JWL and VIA certification and are produced in ISO 9001 facilities. Certificates of conformity are available on request. We do not supply TÜV or KBA part certificates — see section 7.
3. Prices, VAT and orders
Prices are shown in euro and include Lithuanian VAT at 21% unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you confirm the order. Business buyers inside the EU with a valid VAT number may be invoiced without VAT where the reverse charge applies; enter your VAT number at checkout.
Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable or mispriced through an obvious error, we may decline the order and will refund you in full — we will not silently substitute a different product.
We display live supplier stock. Stock can change between your order and our confirmation; if it does, we tell you and you choose whether to wait or cancel.
4. Fitment is a shared responsibility
Our Hoku Fit™ finder matches wheels to your vehicle by bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET) and centre bore, and we check the combination before shipping. It cannot account for everything on your particular car — lowered suspension, brake upgrades, wide tyres, aftermarket bodywork and non-standard hubs all change what will actually clear.
So: if you are unsure, ask us before you buy. If a set we sold as compatible with your stated vehicle does not fit, that is on us and we cover the return — see the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page. If it does not fit because of a modification you did not tell us about, the ordinary 14-day withdrawal right still applies, but the return shipping is yours.
5. Payment
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe; Klarna instalments through Stripe; and PayPal. Klarna's availability depends on your country and on Klarna's own approval — if it is not offered to you at checkout, that is Klarna's decision, not ours.
Goods remain our property until paid in full. We dispatch after payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Kaunas, Lithuania, by DPD or UPS, with tracking. Indicative transit times after dispatch: 2 working days to the Baltics, 3 to Central Europe, 4 to Western Europe. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed to you or to a person you nominated. Inspect the packaging before you sign. If a box is damaged, note it on the carrier's document and photograph it — that record is what lets us claim against the carrier on your behalf. Report transit damage to us within 7 days.
If we miss an agreed delivery date and a reasonable further period, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
7. Road registration — read this if you are outside Lithuania
Rules for fitting non-original wheels differ by country. Several countries, Germany being the clearest example, require either a TÜV Teilegutachten / ABE for the specific wheel, or an individual technical inspection of the fitted car. We do not supply TÜV or KBA part certificates.
You are responsible for checking what your own country requires before you order and before you fit the wheels. We supply JWL and VIA certification and a certificate of conformity on request; whether that is sufficient for registration where you live is not something we can determine for you.
8. Warranty and defects
Consumers have the statutory two-year right in respect of goods that do not conform to the contract. In addition we warrant the structural integrity of our wheels for 2 years from delivery against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover: kerb and pothole damage; corrosion or finish damage from harsh wheel cleaners, road salt or industrial polish; damage from over-torqued or under-torqued bolts; use of the wrong bolts, nuts or hub rings; track, competition or off-road use; or wheels that have been refinished, welded, machined or repaired by anyone else.
Claims go to info@hokuracing.com with your order number and photographs. We assess, and where the claim is good we repair, replace or refund.
9. Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Conditions, timings and the withdrawal form are on the Returns and Right of Withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.
10. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for loss arising from fitting wheels that do not suit modifications you did not disclose, from fitting carried out incorrectly by you or a third party, from continued use of a visibly damaged wheel, or from your failure to meet local registration requirements.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Complaints and disputes
Write to info@hokuracing.com first — most things are settled in a single exchange. We reply within 14 days.
If that does not resolve it, consumers in the EU may use the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, and Lithuanian courts have jurisdiction, without depriving a consumer of the right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date is shown at the top of this page.
